The Company provides for the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection.

Return and exchange period
Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.

Return delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.

Return policy for goods of good quality
You can return the goods or exchange them if:

the product was not in use and has no traces of consumer use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc;
the product is fully complete and the original packaging is intact;
all labels and factory markings are intact;
the goods retain their presentation and consumer properties.
Under the Consumer Rights Protection Law, a company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to a consumer if they fall within the categories specified in the current List of Non-Food Goods of Good Quality that cannot be returned or exchanged.
