ABS PLASTIC RECYCLING LINE — SHREDDER, CRUSHER, COMPLETE SYSTEM
We offer an industrial complex for crushing and recycling various types, shapes, and sizes of ABS plastic.
The system provides two-stage crushing of bulky plastic waste down to the required final fraction, suitable for further recycling and use in the manufacturing of new products.
WHAT IT RECYCLES:
* ABS plastic waste from injection molding machines (IMM).
* Automotive plastic (bumpers, panels, body parts).
* Sprues, trimmings, and production defects.
* Bulky plastic items.
* Other ABS plastic waste of various thicknesses and configurations.
BASIC CONFIGURATION:
The complex consists of the following units:
1. Primary knife shredder — for preliminary crushing of bulky plastic waste.
2. Secondary knife crusher — to obtain the required final fraction.
3. Feed conveyor — for automated movement of shredded raw material between process units.
4. Electrical control panel — to control equipment operation, protect electric motors, and coordinate system operation.
Total power consumption of the complex — up to 20 kW.

Depending on the customer's technological requirements, the system can be additionally equipped with:
* Receiving and storage hoppers.

PREPARING RAW MATERIALS FOR RE-MANUFACTURING
Thanks to two-stage crushing, the system allows obtaining the required final fraction of ABS plastic for further recycling.
The prepared raw material can be used for subsequent pressing, extrusion, pelletizing/granulation, feeding into injection molding machines, and manufacturing new finished products after necessary process preparation.
The final fraction size is selected according to customer requirements and the specifics of the downstream production process.
